What happens next? We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 business days. 

We will review your complaint promptly and aim to provide a substantive response within 90 days. If we need more time, we will let you know. If you are not satisfied with our response, or if your complaint is not resolved within the expected time, you may contact the Ombudsman for Banking Services and Investments (OBSI), an independent dispute-resolution service. OBSI is a free service. Time limits may apply, including a general 180-day period after our final response.
